1) Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after the order is delivered.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact.
• Footwear and bags must be tried on or inspected only on clean surfaces and must be returned without scuffs, marks, stains, or other signs of use.
• Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, Personalized, or Custom-Made cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description.

2) How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
2. Wait for our confirmation, return instructions, designated return address, and Return Authorization number before sending the merchandise back.
3. Pack the merchandise securely, include proof of purchase, and clearly write the Return Authorization number on or inside the parcel.
4. Ship the merchandise to the return address provided in our confirmation email using a trackable shipping service.
Returns sent without prior authorization, sent to an unauthorized address, or returned without sufficient identifying information may be delayed or refused.

3) Condition & Inspection
• All returned merchandise will be inspected after delivery to our designated return address.
• Merchandise that is worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing tags, or otherwise not in its original condition may be rejected or may not qualify for a full refund.
• Approved merchandise refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the order.
• Merchandise refunds will not be issued before the returned item is received and inspected, unless otherwise required by the applicable payment provider or law.

4) Refunds
• Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned merchandise is received and approved.
• Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank, PayPal, card issuer, or other original payment provider.
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable when the return is based on personal preference, sizing, change of mind, or another reason not caused by us.
• If the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed item, any approved product refund will be issued to the original payment method. Applicable original shipping charges will also be refunded when appropriate.

5) Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
• If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or issue an approved refund to the original payment method.
• For exchanges based on personal preference, sizing, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the exchange is required because we sent an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed item, we will reimburse the reasonable cost of standard trackable return shipping as described below.

6) Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items
• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.
• Please provide your order number and clear photographs or other information showing the reported issue so that we can review the request.
• After receiving our return authorization and designated return address, the customer may initially pay the cost of standard trackable return shipping.
• The customer must retain and provide the return tracking number and a valid shipping receipt showing the actual amount paid.
• After the returned merchandise is delivered to our designated return address and inspected, we will reimburse the actual and reasonable cost of standard trackable return shipping.
• Return-shipping reimbursement may be issued separately through PayPal, bank transfer, or another payment method agreed upon with the customer.
• Expedited shipping, overnight shipping, optional insurance, packaging services, and other additional charges will not be reimbursed unless approved by us in writing before the return is shipped.
• After the return is received and approved, we will send a replacement or issue the applicable merchandise refund to the original payment method.

7) Non-Returnable Items
The following items generally cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Personalized or customized merchandise;
• Clearance or Final Sale merchandise;
• Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original tags;
• Merchandise returned outside the applicable return period;
• Merchandise sent without authorization or to an address not designated by us.
These restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, subject to our review of the customer’s request and supporting information.
